Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent – Estate Agency
Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire
Circa £20,000 DOE Plus Bonus (dependent on meeting office targets)
Our client has been selling property and land since 1840. They have developed an established reputation for professional and efficient customer service across six counties. An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for negotiating property sales between vendors and purchasers through to completion. You will also indentify opportunities to sell and promote our client’s services.
Your duties will include:
- Arranging viewings and providing feedback to clients
- Maintaining contact with vendors, purchasers and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Taking responsibility for your own applicant database
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator, you will need to have significant experience in selling property gained within an estate agency environment.
Candidates must also live within commuting distance of Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, or be willing to relocate.
In addition, you will need to be a team player with a strong customer focus. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence people.
Although not essential, a good knowledge of the local geographical area would be an advantage.
